Registration Information for Continuing Students
NOTE: NEW STUDENTS REGISTER DURING NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

Waivers should be submitted to the SPH-Office of Student & Academic Services (EAD-716) each semester prior to registration.

Students claiming out-of-state tuition waivers because of employment must complete waiver forms prior to registration.

Students who are full-time UNT or UNT Health Science Center employees or dependents of full-time employees must complete a President s Scholarship Application each semester prior to registration.
