May 10 - Living Well Aware Conference, Friday, May 10, 11:30 am to 5 p.m., UNT Health Science Center Medical Education & Training (MET) Building (Rooms - 109/110/111), 1000 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107.  $45.00 per person (includes lunch, breaks and course syllabus. Patricia Sulak, MD, from Scott & White Clinic and Hospital and Texas A & M Health Sciences Center College of Medicine will speak on most common health problems, their causes, resources, skills and motivation to make life changes.

May 12-18 National Women's Health Week

May 18  Commencement, 3 p.m., TCU Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. Keynote speaker is Dr. John Nance, who helped pioneer the Renaissance in patient safety as one of the founders of the National Patient Safety Foundation in 1997.

May 30-31 8th Annual Health Disparities Conference: The Intersection of Smoking, HIV/AIDS and Cancer. UNT Health Science Center Medical Education & Training (MET) Building, 1000 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Keynote Speaker Raymond Naiaura, PhD, will address "Lessons Learned About Health Disparities and BioBehavioral Mechanisms of Treatment Efficacy." CME credit available.
